Grant is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in the mineral industry; the last 10 years in senior executive roles. His knowledge base covers the entire mine development cycle, from early stage exploration through to production, in several different commodities. Strong M&A and capital markets knowledge complement Mr. Ewing’s extensive mineral industry experience. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Kiska Metals from 2014 until it was acquired by AuRico Metals in March 2017, and Vice President Exploration of AuRico Metals until it was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for ~$300 million.
Enrique is a geologist based in Santiago, Chile with 40 years of expertise in different geological environments and deposit types. In the early years of his career he was mine & project geologist at several operations in Chile, including the Chuquicamata underground project. He has worked as a geologist and country manager for several senior mining companies in South America, including Codelco, BHP, and Teck. Most recently, he was Exploration Manager for EPG Partners Exploration Fund, where he was tasked with assessing and evaluating mineral exploration projects throughout Chile. Enrique has a B.Sc. degree in geology from the University of Chile, an M.Sc. degree in Mineral Exploration from Rhodes University, South Africa, and an M.Sc. degree in Mineral Economics from Queens University, Canada.
Mr. Bailey is a CPA, CGA with +20 years’ experience working with public and private companies. Blaine brings complementary skills to the team in the areas of finance, administration, and financial reporting. Mr. Bailey is currently the CFO of Cardero Resource Corp., Centenera Mining Corporation, Velocity Minerals, Goldplay Exploration, VR Resources and Director of Arrowstar Resources. Mr. Bailey has also served in the capacity of an accountant for Molson Brewery B.C. Ltd. and as a controller for Nabob Coffee Co.
Marla brings over 25 years’ experience in public markets working as an Administrator and Corporate Secretary specializing in resource-based exploration companies. She has been the Corporate Secretary for Wealth Minerals Ltd. since August 2006. Between 1992 and 2003, Marla worked for Ascot Resources Ltd, Brett Resources Inc., Golden Band Resources Inc., Hyder Gold Inc., Leicester Diamond Mines Ltd., Loki Gold Corporation, Oliver Gold Corporation and Solomon Resources Limited. Currently, she is also the corporate secretary for Cardero Resource Corp., Corvus Gold Inc., Centenera Mining Corporation, International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. and Trevali Mining Corporation.
Mr. Hethey is a securities lawyer in British Columbia and New York with
10 years’ experience. Mr. Hethey represents a number of U.S. and Canadian listed entities on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange, and U.S. OTC markets. In particular, Mr. Hethey’s clients are active in a broad range of industries including mineral resources, oil and gas, industrial, green energy and technology. Mr. Hethey has significant experience in U.S. and Canadian corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance matters.
Mr. Roehlig has more than 15 years of experience in the financial and investment industry. In particular, Mr. Roehlig has experience in restructuring, managing, and financing junior public companies. Most recently, Mr. Roehlig served as the president of Terra Ventures Inc., which held a 10% stake in the high-grade Roughrider uranium discovery owned by Hathor Exploration. In May 2011, Terra Ventures was acquired by Hathor Exploration (later acquired by one of the world’s largest mining companies, Rio Tinto).
Mr. Little is a lawyer and the owner of Little Law Corporation, a North Vancouver-based boutique corporate and securities law firm. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia, Peter A. Allard School of Law. Since 2008, he has advised local and international clients on a broad range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings (both public and private), stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance. In addition, he has participated as counsel in a number of reverse takeover transactions, business combinations and corporate reorganizations, and has a wealth of experience guiding start-up companies from inception through various financing stages and to initial public offering.
Prior to forming Little Law Corporation, Christopher spent 10 years practicing with a boutique corporate/securities firm located in downtown Vancouver. He is a member of the British Columbia Bar Association.
